Education Poker Run 2009 Time: 5pm – 8:30pm Location: Main Street, Fulper & Central Brief description of the FRBA Poker Run for Education: At 2pm motorcycles will register and sign in, pick up your t-shirt, and get written directions/instructions for the run. Participants will enjoy a 50 mile ride and will receive a random poker card at each of five pre-determined stops along the way. At the final destination, the top two poker hands will receive cash prizes: $100 for best hand and $50 for next best hand. At the return of the ride, ending with the 5th stop, there will be a BBQ, live music and we will raffle prizes/give out awards. Your participation will help to give financial support to a local community-minded college bound student in 2010. Event Chairperson Ron Van Horn. More event details to follow. |

Flemington Celebrates Baseball Time: 10am – 4:00pm Rain date next day Location: Turntable Junction on the Green, Flemington, NJ Free event to public. There will be prizes and giveaways every half hour, food & fun. Meet and hear members of the Neshanock Baseball Club talk about the history of Flemington baseball. Yankee legend Babe Ruth’s granddaughter Linda Ruth Tosetti will be there to do book signing.
